Tell me who does not like chocolate and I will tell you that you just showed me a liar.
Everybody likes chocolate, and I still thinks that this is an understatement.
But how about dipping your own wedding in chocolate? Sounds like a sweet idea, doesn’t it?
The best thing that I like about a chocolate theme wedding is that it is always a hot chocolate fountain – or more – involved.
The guests can always treat themselves with a sweet biscuit dipped in this abundant source of chocolate. And I also like the alternation of white and brown chocolate in a chocolate theme wedding.
But for those in love with chocolate, borrowing the sweetness of the treat to the entire design is more than just a mere idea. At a wedding I went in South Carolina, I simply loved the table design.
The napkins were made of brown silk resembling chocolate and in the middle of each table, there was a towered fountain with hot chocolate, like the ones I already told you about. Also, around the fountain, there were little crystal bowls filled with strawberries, little biscuits and some sweet sticks that could easily be dipped in chocolate. It seemed that chocolate was everywhere at this chocolate theme wedding. Everyone released sounds of awe when the bride and the groom appeared. The bride’s gown was decorated with little chocolate like flowers and the color of the groom’s costume resembled fine dark chocolate.
Of course, desserts were a real fantasy of chocolate. I saw so many ideas for wedding desserts based on chocolate that I could not simply believe my eyes. I saw caramel dipped apples, little chocolates filled with liqueur, mini chocolate hearts, and I do not think I have enough space here to remember everything. I also liked the brown, chocolate ribbons that decorated the entire rooms, from pillars to napkins and tables. They were everywhere!
