I found some beautiful Christmas theme wedding ideas when I was looking through magazines and around the Internet. The first idea I found was white Christmas lights in the church and at the reception hall. Now most churches will already have lights up at Christmas, so you might already have lights.
You can hang wreaths around the reception hall and use them to hang on the end of the church pews. The most unique idea I saw was a fake fireplace with the Christmas stoking with your wedding parties names on them. The fireplace looked unbelievably real. You could have theme for one of the Christmas carols. This could be Deck the Halls or Jingle Bells. Another beautiful theme was a White Christmas. Now this wedding theme was beautiful. The wedding ceremony was preformed in a private room away from the reception area and had an inch or two of fake snow, artificial Christmas trees as the décor and a sleigh make of cardboard and beautifully decorated with the wedding couple standing next to it. Now this type of theme wedding does take many hours to put together, but it is unique. The designs for the wedding invitations might even include a winter wonderland as the background picture to match the theme. As you can see, Christmas theme wedding ideas come from anywhere and some are unique. I am waiting for the day that I start planning my wedding and I think the snow, sleigh and Christmas tress will be my wedding theme. I love Christmas and it will be one that no one will ever forget. I have never seen a wedding theme like this except in the magazines. I look forward to making everything and throwing the snow all around the area and putting up the Christmas trees.
