Do you need fall ideas for theme wedding plans? My mother was big into fall months and I decided to plan my wedding for the month of October.
I chose October because the colors of the leaves would be changing and I wanted to have the fall colors in my wedding.
The reception tables had fall centerpieces, which consisted of a round fish bowl with fall leaves that were orange, red and brown.
We tied a burnt orange bow around the top and a little tag that said our names and wedding date. The centerpieces were made by my mother who used a special spray on the leaves so they would stay the way they were for a very long time.
I had many choices for a fall wedding theme. I found the colors of fall as one theme, but also a barn wedding and a woody area wedding. The woody area wedding was a consideration, but I did not want to take the chance it might snow or rain.
I thought all the ideas I found were very interesting for a wedding. The barn theme would have required making the wedding more country styled then a fall wedding theme, but it was a fun one to play around with for a while.
The designs for the invitation cards are spectacular for a fall wedding. Since my colors were orange and red, I chose flowers with the fall colors in mind. The wedding favors were more towards fall such as the fall scenery mint boxes, leaf bookmarks and little candles in burnt red or orange with a leaf on the side.
They were really nice gifts to give to out guests. We also had the straw/pumpkin/gourds and acorn displays around the reception hall. Fall ideas for theme wedding plans are much easier to plan than I thought.
