Homemade Retro Wedding Invitations

Unique ideas for Homemade Retro Wedding Invitations.

My friend is an avid photographer. He is also a film noir fan, fascinated by movies centering on yesteryear themes.

Most of the photographs that he takes are made with black and white film. He says that black and white film conveys a more dramatic message than any other medium.

Some of his photographs really prove his point. I was so impressed by some of them that I wanted to compliment him with my own version of art.

So when the date for his wedding got fixed recently, I decided to create homemade Retro Wedding Invitations designed according to his tastes.

I told him that I have a surprise in store for him in the invitation cards that I was planning to send only to his close friends. We would of course be using more traditional cards to send to the family members of the bride and the groom.

Once I decided on the theme, I started searching for unique ideas for Homemade Retro Wedding Invitations. I went through a number of sites online to get downloadable templates that were printable on paper.

My intense search led me to 2n-invite.com. I instantly liked the site because ot had a variety of unique ideas for Homemade Retro Wedding Invitations. It had several designs categorized into a variety of interesting themes. There were themes with flowers and there were retro themes too. Within a few minutes of browsing the site, I found the template I was looking for.

I showed the design to a few others and got it approved. But I still wanted to keep it a surprise for my friend. Then I went ahead and printed the invitation cards for the reception party. And just as I had anticipated, my friend just loved the retro look of the design I had chosen for the invitation card.
