I always say that the text on an invitation is just as important as the design.

There can be hundreds of lovely designs but without any text they somehow lose their meaning.

When I had my wedding last year I wanted to send out invitations with a text or a small verse on them.

I found some invitations in a bridal store that looked nice, but since they didn't have any verses on them, I changed my mind and decided to look for downloadable invitations.

What I was looking for was something simple, maybe a nice design with flowers or leaves that would fit to the reception and also fun words that would fit to the party. I was hoping for something fun about the bride and groom and the wedding.

It took me just a few minutes to do this, and after I put them into envelopes they were ready to send out.

I think it was a good idea to send printable invitations instead of the regular paper invitations sold in bridal shops. This way I saved a lot of money and everyone who ever had a wedding or had to organize one knows that it's always great when you can save some money on smaller things like this.

Everyone got the invitations in time, and they all told me at the reception that they were lovely and fun. I am happy I found this website with these invitations that the guests enjoyed too, not only me. It is surely the best website with sample text for wedding invitations.
